Selfist isn’t Selfish T-shirt

The Selfist isn’t Selfish t-shirt is for anyone learning to put themselves back on their own priority list.

This tee challenges one of the biggest myths around wellbeing: that taking care of yourself somehow takes away from others.

The truth is, you can't pour from an empty cup.

Whether you're setting boundaries, prioritising your mental health, or simply learning to be kinder to yourself, this tee serves as a powerful reminder that self‑care is an act of self‑respect, not selfishness.

The plot twist? Looking after yourself is one of the healthiest things you can do.
